Batterton and Guiltner Promoted at FNBC

ASH FLAT, ARKANSAS…Two First National Banking Company (FNBC) employees earned promotions recently, according to Martin Carpenter, Chairman and CEO at FNBC. Dana Batterton is now Chief Risk Officer and Rebekah Guiltner is Internal Auditor for FNBC.  

Batterton began her career with FNBC in 1998. While at FNBC she has held positions as compliance officer and vice president internal auditor. “Dana has been a real asset to our team at FNBC. We’re proud of her accomplishments and her capabilities.” Batterton’s primary duties will be the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management throughout the bank.

Batterton received a bachelor’s degree in Math and Statistics from UALR in Little Rock and is a Certified Bank Auditor (CBA) and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).

Batterton and her husband, Kelly, have two sons, Derek, age 17 and Tyler, age 13. They reside in Salem and attend the Salem Church of Christ.

Guiltner started in 2000 in the Note department and moved to the audit department as an audit assistant. She received her certification from ICBA as a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor in 2006.

Guilter and her husband, Wayne, have two sons, Gavin, age 4 and Hank, age 2. The reside in Salem and attend the First Baptist Church.
