Time Home Buyers may get extra help from FNBC ASH FLAT,
ARKANSAS…First National Banking Company was recently approved for grant
money to help first time home buyers with the mortgage process. According
to Anita Owens, FNBC’s vice president – mortgage lending, first time
home buyers must meet a few requirements to be qualified for the grant
money. “We know many families and individuals in our area want an
opportunity to own their own home. The extra funds available through our
grant will allow us to help fulfill the dream of home ownership,” said
Owens. “Homebuyers must meet certain income requirements as well as
other criteria to be eligible.” Once the first time home buyer
contributes $500, they would be eligible to receive up to a 4:1 matching
grant to help with the down payment or closing cost. Interested homebuyers
may get more details by stopping by FNBC’s new mortgage division inside
the Highland branch or visit any of FNBC’s locations and ask for the
loan department. FNBC, established in
1912 in Ash Flat, operates 11 offices in the North Central region of
Arkansas. With assets of over
$365 million, FNBC offers a wide array of full service banking products
and services. |
