First National Banking Company offers bank cards to qualified Arkansas and Missouri residents.

The First National Banking Company Consumer Card Center is a secure access to a new accounts representative wherever, whenever you want. You have connected to a secure server. In the bottom left corner of your Netscape browser, or along the bottom toward the right corner for Internet Explorer, you will see either a closed padlock or a key. Out of secure mode, the padlock is open or the key is broken into two pieces. A closed lock or whole key ensures that you have established a secure connection with the computer that will receive your application and that it is not possible for a third party to intercept or observe your data.

The application process is easy. You will be asked to fill in the required information. The page is checked to make sure that you have provided all of the information necessary to process your bank card application rapidly.

If approved for an FNBC Check Card or ATM Card, we will notify you by e-mail within two business days! You will receive your new cards within three weeks, upon approval. If you are not approved, you will receive a written explanation of the decision within three weeks.

If approved for an FNBC Visa® or Mastercard®, we will notify you by e-mail within two business days! And you can stop by the bank's Ash Flat office to pick up your cards. (Please bring photo identification.). If you are not approved, you will receive a written explanation of the credit decision.
